Summary: The size of the room was not worth the rate. The front desk staff at arrival and check out were preoccupied and made you wait while they finished multiple task. It is understood that could occur however it as if you were interrupting them when you approached. Customer service felt like an after thought. Additionally, I noticed both female workers were more attentive to males than females.

Summary: The TV didn’t work right, it was very pixelated off and on. It wasn’t that big of a deal while we weren’t there but when we got in for the night it was annoying

Summary: The moment the doors opened we knew it would be great! The smell of fresh textiles and a clean lobby was welcoming. This hotel is newly opened late in 2024, so everything is still crisp. Our room was clean, welcoming and fresh. The bathroom was excellent including beauty and great water pressure and lighting. Halls were kept clean and it was a calm quiet stay. We noticed many rooms available on multiple floors to accommodate deaf/hoh guests. The pool was clean and welcoming also. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was well displayed and with plenty available even close to the end of our window. I would stay again!!!
